A man has died following a collision in Worsley, Greater Manchester. Police were called after reports a black Ford Ranger had collided with a pedestrian on East Lancashire Road. A 70-year-old man died at the scene despite the efforts of paramedics. A 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He remains in custody for questioning.
