HE'S the only actor to have appeared in all of the Star Wars films...though you may not recognise his face. So who is the man behind C-3PO? He was born on February 21, 1946 in Salisbury to a plastics company executive. After studying at Giggleswick School he read law for two years at uni but decided to take a different route into the world of entertainment. His first taste of acting came when he worked on BBC Radio and for the National Theatre at The Young Vic. It was while he was working in theatre that he had the fateful introduction to George Lucas - who was casting for Star Wars. Anthony is of course best known for his long-standing role of C-3PO but he also has other performances under his belt. Such as his recurring role in Prime Suspect alongside Helen Mirren, as well as the 1990 flick I Bought a Vampire Motorcycle. He has also had an extensive career as a voice over artist in productions such as Lego Star wars, The Lego Movie, Robot Chicken and 1978 animated The Lord of the Rings adaption, to name a few!
