Argos' Black Friday deals are nearly here, and we're expecting the brand to bring some strong savings on things like 4K TVs, phones, toys, laptops, appliances and the off Fitbit or two. Whil Black Friday this year is November 29, we're expecting the early deals to start any day now as last year things began around November 18. If you can't wait until then, Argos has some great early deals on toys, games and fitness trackers that are well worth a look. These include the 10-week Crazy Codes toy sale, which gives you a different discount code every Wednesday to redeem against popular brands including Paw Patrol, Lego and LOL Surprise. The best deals are yet to come, though, so if you're looking for a deal on a TV, laptop or Apple device then we recommend waiting a little longer until the sale starts properly.
Low prices aren't the only reason to shop at Argos on Black Friday, though. There's also Argos Care, which provides extra insurance for your new Black Friday purchases, and is well worth considering if you're picking up a laptop or large appliance. Argos will be sending hundreds of extra delivery drivers onto the streets for Black Friday too, helping to ensure you get your bargains as quickly as possible, whether you've ordered them for home delivery or Click & Collect. Argos also offers the option to spread the cost of Black Friday purchases with its own Argos Card. The best early Black Friday deals at Argos Argos has slashed the price of some of 2019's most popular toys ahead of Black Friday. Currys Black Friday deals Currys hasn't kicked off its Black Friday deals yet, but we'd expect its Black Tag event (what it calls Black Friday) nearer the time, probably from November 25 until the week of Cyber Monday. Currys is great for computing, so expect great deals on laptops, computers, and possibly tablets too. Amazon Black Friday deals The best Argos Black Friday TV deals last year Argos's TV range tends to focus on the most mainstream sizes, so if you're looking for a big discount on an eleventy billion-inch OLED it's probably not the Black Friday destination for you. Argos offered some nice deals on audio-visual components and accessories too, and it also discounted the Now TV Stick, which with two months of Sky Cinema, and a one-day sports pass was half price at just £14.99. You could get nearly £100 off this 43-inch 4K TV from Hitachi at Argos on Black Friday 2018 - so far we haven't been able to find it cheaper elsewhere. The best Argos Black Friday game deals last year We're also expecting some big savings on PS4s at Argos this Black Friday: we're coming to the end of this particular console generation and that means significant reductions. With the PS4 camera (which is required for PSVR to function in the first place) and a copy of VR Worlds, it was a fine bundle to get you going on Black Friday 2018. We reckon you'll see some sweet Xbox One deals at Argos this Black Friday too. The 1TB Xbox One S with two controllers dropped from £249 to £179.99, and there were hefty discounts on Xbox One games: Call of Duty: WWII dropped from £49.99 to £22.99, the Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy from £29.99 to £22.99, and Forza Horizon 4 from £40.99 to £26.99. Argos Black Friday gaming discounts weren't just on the big-name consoles. Keep an eye out for peripherals, too: Black Friday at Argos often means discounts on controllers and gaming headphones. Last year the HP 15.6-inch E2 laptop dropped from an already decent £279.99 to a super-cheap £229.99, and there were discounts across the Lenovo IdeaPad range: the 330S Core i5 dropped from £579.99 to £449.99 and the supremely portable IdeaPad 130S 11.6-inch laptop dropped from £179.99 to just £119.99. Argos cut £60 off the price for Black Friday 2018 The best Argos Black Friday tablet deals last year You don't need to go to Amazon to get money off a Kindle Fire tablet on Black Friday. Last year Argos offered deep discounting on Amazon devices including £20 off the Fire 7, bringing it down to £29.99. We'd expect to see similar discounting on Amazon and Apple devices for Black Friday 2019 too. There were some good Black Friday deals on Android tablets last year. Samsung's Galaxy Tab S3 was down from £469 to £389, and we'd expect to see similar discounting on the Galaxy Tab S4 this year. Acer's Iconia One was down too – from £179.99 to £129.99 – and with Argos currently showcasing a wide range of Android tablets we think we'll see some decently discounted models this Black Friday. The same deal was available at John Lewis with an added two-year guarantee, but JL raised its price again, making Argos the best value on Black Friday 2018.
