The sport still has a long way to go, he says. But he adds: "For some people it may be the only place where they can go and be part of a community and be accepted. For some people, not being able to be in that community now might be quite isolating." The Radio 1 DJ took part in a Bushtucker trial with Shane Richie on yesterday's instalment, which saw them both strapped down in separate confined boxes, that was slowly being filled with snakes. The 30-year-old was seen screaming in panic throughout the scenes, and cried out for his 'happy place' – aka Burnley's Turf Moor football ground.

Side note: 'Happy place, happy place, Turf Moor' will forever haunt our dreams. Following on from the trial, Burnley captain Ben Mee offered his support to the ITV star, for his remaining time at Gwrych Castle, in a video shared with Metro.co.uk. Advertisement 'Hi Jordan, Ben Mee here. Just want to wish you all the best in the Jungle on behalf of all the players,' he said. I think you've got a few more trials ahead of you by the looks of it, but we know you'll be able to overcome them, and we're looking forward to seeing you at your happy place in the near future. 'All the best, mate.' Despite the panic, Jordan and Shane smashed the task, eventually winning nine stars for the camp – where they were given eels for dinner. We might be hearing more about Turf Moor in the future, as the star was promptly chosen to tackle the next task Frights of the Round Table, alongside Vernon Kay and Beverley Callard. Jordan has been picked to do tonight's I'm A Celeb trial (Picture: ITV) We're sure he'll smash it. Some fans watching on from home were left unsure of Jordan's antics, suggesting that he is playing up for the camera with his fears.

However, his pal – and Help I Sexted My Boss co-presenter – William Hanson was having absolutely none of it, insisting he is being totally himself. 'One person put really weirdly, "I've got a really good radar for BS", well, you don't because Jordan is being genuine,' he told Metro.co.uk. 'There was no level of acting. 'With Jordan in general, what you see is what you get. He wears his heart on his sleeve, there is no veneer. He's so happy go lucky, he's a people pleaser as well. 'He's coming across exactly like the Jordan I met 10 years ago.' I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here continues tonight, at 9.15pm, on ITV. Got a story? Jordan struck up a conversation with Corrie's Beverley on last night's episode of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! as she gushed over her DVD's knocking supermodels and blockbusters off the top of the DVD charts in the mid-1990s. The revelation saw Jordan vaguely recall seeing Beverley's popular fitness DVDs being used by his mum, though he wasn't 100% sure it was them. But now Wendy has confirmed that Jordan's memory didn't fail him, and that she in fact did have Bev's videos at home. (Image: ITV) Speaking to William Hanson on Help I Sexted My Boss podcast - which he co-hosts with Jordan - Wendy revealed that Bev's tapes managed to cause a major mishap. She recalled: "Yes I did, and one day I got over zealous with my washing and drying! I sent Ryan [Jordan's brother] to do his GCSE PE exam with my Beverly Callard inspired leopard print leotard and I had his school shorts to work out with Bev! He was mortified!" Last night's episode saw Bev go into detail about her fitness career, revealing that she's actually been involved in it for more than 40 years. Speaking to Jordan back in the castle, she said: "I love fitness, I love teaching it and I've done it for… 40 odd years? Which is scary in itself. "I still teach classes, I still teach three a week!" Jordan replied: "Do you? Didn't you have quite a lot of fitness DVDs out? I think my mum might have had one, you know." The actress explained: "I did videos first, first one I sold 800,000 copies! The first one… Heat, you know the film Heat with Al Pacino and Robert De Niro? "That was at Number One and my video knocked them off," she said proudly. "Shut up!" Jordan replied before Beverley added: "I swear to God!" (Image: ITV/REX/Shutterstock) Jordan then went on to say: "Heat, the film with Al Pacino and Robert De Niro - two of the greatest-ever actors, in my opinion. "Beverley's fitness video knocked that off the Number One spot, that's up there with Olympic gold medals for me!" Beaming with pride, Bev added: "I beat Cindy Crawford, I beat Elle McPherson… she's an Australian supermodel, gorgeous body, absolutely gorgeous!" *I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! returns tonight at 9:15pm on ITV Do you have a story to sell?
