BY RICHARD CAWLEY Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson has made three changes for today's derby with Fulham – with Nathaniel Clyne starting for the visitors. It is the right-back's first appearance since signing a short-term deal with the Eagles. He replaces Joel Ward, who does not make the matchday 18. There is also no place for James McArthur or Gary Cahill – the latter injured in last Sunday's 1-1 draw against Brighton in SE25. Luka Milivojevic and Scott Dann come in to replace them.
