Media playback is unsupported on your device Media caption A huge cloud of smoke could be seen rising from the estate A huge fire has broken out at an industrial estate in Nottinghamshire. Smoke from the blaze on the Langar Airfield industrial estate, in Langham near Bingham, can be seen over large parts of Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. Fifteen crews are working to extinguish the flames, the fire service said. Police are helping them. Chris, posting on Twitter as doodlypi, posted a picture taken from about 20 miles away in Bramcote.

"For a while you could hear constant little explosions going on, which was very unnerving," she said. "It's been going on for well over an hour now, it's scary to watch. Residents in the area are advised to stay indoors and keep their windows and doors closed until the situation has reached a safe conclusion. Residents nearby have been advised to keep windows and doors shut to protect from fumes.
