"This application is an emergency because my husband expects me to move out of our home on Monday, May 18, 2020 in the middle of New York City being on pause due to COVID-19," the filing read.

Mary-Kate Olsen LOSES bid for emergency divorce from Olivier Sarkozy as she claims he’s ‘forcing her out’ of home

"I am petrified that my husband is trying to deprive me of the home we have lived in and if he is successful, I will not only lose my home but I risk losing my personal property as well." Sarkozy is a French banker based in the US, although he went to university in the UK, where he studied Medieval History at the University of St. Andrews. 4 Mary-Kate Olsen is divorcing her husband Olivier Sarkozy Credit: Rex Features His half-brother is Nicolas Sarkozy, who served as the French president from 2007 to 2012. He has two children from his first marriage to French writer Charlotte Bernard. Mary-Kate and Olivier began their romance in 2012 and the pair wed on November 27, 2015, at a private residence in New York. The filing revealed that Mary-Kate sought use of three homes, including two in Manhattan and their Hamptons home. She also wanted the judge to uphold the terms of their prenup and order the 50-year-old to keep paying for health and dental insurance. 4 But the courts have turned the application down Credit: Getty Images - Getty 4 She alleged he was forcing her out of their home Credit: Getty Images - Getty 4 The fashion designer called on the courts to extend his deadline Credit: Getty Images - Getty most read in entertainment 'means the world' Kate Garraway thanks fans for 'comforting' messages about husband Derek FACE OFF Peter Andre is 'in the dog house' with Emily for showing son's face on live TV RAZOR RUCK Moment Neil 'Razor' Ruddock and Paul Merson left in tears after booze bust-up UNDER AGE Peter Andre's daughter Princess devastated after TikTok deletes her account COSY AND CHIC Inside Emily Atack's North London flat as she locks down alone IBIZA SHOCKS Debauched sex and drugs murder mystery in Netflix drama White Lines Insiders close to the pair have now claimed that Olivier, 50, has long wanted Mary-Kate "to be more available" and that their cultural differences may have ultimately played a role in their split. Well, it's funny, because she worked on the show as a writer and she was a very small part of the whole show. She's a great writer and she brought so much to the show, but she's not the star of the show. She's a very talented actress, but they bring in other people to play the roles. It's a very small part for her and it's great
