We're down to the final round of qualifiers for Euro 2020. The top two in each group qualify directly for next year's finals, with a few places still up for grabs. Nineteen teams have punched their tickets to the European Championship with either the final automatic place to be taken by either Wales or Hungary, who meet in Cardiff on Tuesday. The 19 that have qualified are: • Austria • Belgium • Croatia • Czech Republic • Denmark • England • Finland • France • Germany • Italy • Netherlands • Poland • Portugal • Russia • Spain • Sweden • Switzerland • Turkey • Ukraine As well as the 20 teams who qualify for the competition by finishing in the top two of the 10 groups, four teams will qualify via the play-offs. A total of 16 teams will be involved in the play-off stage and their place was achieved through the Uefa Nations League - though the identity of the teams is subject to change.
