A teenager has been rushed to hospital after he was stabbed in Highgate. The 16-year-old victim was found with stab injuries in North Hill at around 4pm on Wednesday (February 5). He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital. His condition is unknown at this stage. No arrests have been made, the Metropolitan Police said.
A number of buses are being diverted due to the closure of North Hill. A police cordon has been put up while forensic officers gather evidence. A picture posted on social media shows what appears to be a knife. One person tweeted: "Stabbing this evening on North Hill area Highgate. Car believed to be involved now being investigated in Broadlands Close N6." They added: "Knife found on North Road following stabbing near North Hill."
