Since the start of the year — which Wilson has dubbed her "year of health" — the Pitch Perfect star has focused on her fitness and documented it on Instagram. No easy feat given the furry creatures weigh 15kg. Castono recently opened up to 9Honey Celebrity about how he's helping her achieve her goals. "We train pretty much every day together," he said, revealing that Wilson's workout routine is six days a week and incorporates HIIT mobility, weights, and resistance training. "It might seem like a lot, in terms of the number of days you have to train, but it doesn't need to be done at 100 per cent of your capacity," he said. "As long as you're getting your heart rate over a certain amount, that's high-intensity."
