The #3 Clemson Tigers will face the #2 Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the ACC Championship on Saturday afternoon. This will be the rematch of the first game where Notre Dame won in overtime but Clemson was without Trevor Lawrence, which will make this a much different game. Trevor Lawrence is back in the lineup and it will be a different team that Notre Dame will see. Prediction: Trevor Lawrence is back, this won't be as close as last time and I'll be sticking with the Clemson Tigers in this game. No. 2 Notre Dame Dame football is taking on No. 3 Clemson at 4 pm ET Saturday afternoon inside Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. The game will air on ABC with Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit on the call, while Maria Taylor handles sideline duties.

However, the defense is starting to play as expected, as the Irish have been able to force two punts to get things going in the second half. On 2nd and 8, Lawrence can't hit Etienne, as he was under pressure by Daelin Hayes, on the short throw and that brings up a 3rd and long. On 3rd and 8, Lawrence can't hit EJ Williams, as the pass was broken up by freshman cornerback Clarence Lewis. Clemson leads 17-3 over Notre Dame. Clemson takes over and quickly pickup 21 yards on a first down throw and catch from Trevor Lawrence to Cornell Powell. On 1st and 10 from the Clemson 49, Lawrence rushed for 8 yards. On 3rd and 2, Etienne picked up the first down on a short run of 4 yards. On 2nd and 4, Lawrence hit a wide open EJ Williams, who found his way into the end zone. Clemson takes a commanding 14-3 lead over Notre Dame. After the score by Clemson, Notre Dame starts from its own 17-yard line. On 1st down, Avery Davis took a handoff on the jet sweep and picked up 18 yards to the Notre Dame 35-yard line.
