Trees have fallen and blocked roads, rogue trampolines have landed on railway lines and in some of the most severe incidents, a house has collapsed on a car. An amber weather warning was already in place for some parts of Kent - but this has now been increased to cover the whole county and a larger area further afield. It's in place for all of today (February 9). Kent weather: Pictures show the damage caused by Storm Ciara's torrential winds Dover has been one of the worst hit places, with wind speeds of 79mph.

But many people who have followed guidelines to stay at home are without power, and in some cases hot water and heating. UK Power Networks has listed all the places where people have reported cases, and what time, where it can, these places will have electricity once again. Take a look at the list below to see if your area is affected. Folkestone Reason: An electricity line fault Engineers are at the scene but it is not yet known when power will be restored. Reason: An underground electricity cable has faulted on our high voltage network, causing an area wide power cut.

Power is set to be restored between 3.30pm and 4.30pm. Dover Number of people affected: Unknown at this stage. Deal Canterbury villages Reason for the power cut: We're investigating an overhead electricity line fault which has caused a power cut in the local area. Reason for the power cut: Overhead Fault HVS incident Thanet Reason for the power cut: A fault has occurred on an underground electricity cable affecting the local area. The road may have to be dug up to carry out repairs. Ashford Sittingbourne Number of people affected: Unknown. Isle of Sheppey Number of people affected: To be confirmed Reason for the power cut: UK Power Networks says: "We've had to turn off power in your area so our engineers can safely carry out emergency repairs to the network." Number of customers affected: 278 It's not known when either of the above will be resolved. Medway Reason for the power cut: A high voltage overhead electricity line fault which has caused a power cut in the local area. Gravesend Number of people affected: Six Reason for the power cut: An overhead electricity line that has been damaged in the local area. Potentially affected postcodes: DA13 9 Reason for the power cut: A fault has occurred on a piece of our electrical equipment which controls the power to homes. As Storm Ciara sweeps through Cambridgeshire, residents are beginning to experience power outages this afternoon (February 9). A Tesco superstore in Ramsey had to close its doors earlier today after a power outage at the store, it is not known when the store will re-open. Elsewhere in Cambridgeshire, residents in Fordham have also reported power cuts in their areas with several roads being affected. According to UK Power Networks, there are currently potential powercuts for people across Cambridgeshire, from Burwell to Newmarket, Papworth Everard, and Whittlesey along with other areas. They are also reporting potentially hundreds of customers across the area being affected by these power cuts and have confirmed that their engineers are working hard to fix the problems.
