The M25 remains shut on the anticlockwise carriageway after a crane overturned and crashed through the central reservation. The incident happened shortly after 5.30pm yesterday but the route is still closed this morning, (Saturday, December 7). Both sides of the motorway were blocked following the incident, which happened between junctions 27 for the M11 and 28 for the A12. The clockwise route was reopened at around 5am this morning after resurfacing works were finished, however, three lanes are still shut. The anticlockwise direction remains shut.
