Two world titles are on the line Saturday night at UFC 253 on Fight Island. The event marks the second UFC trip to Yas Island in Abu Dhabi during the global COVID-19 pandemic, and the promotion will hold a total of five events over the coming weeks--beginning with Saturday's UFC 253 card--before events return to Las Vegas. In the main event, UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya will put his 185-pound title on the line against Paulo Costa in a battle of unbeaten rivals. Meanwhile, the co-main event will see a new light heavyweight champion crowned as Dominick Reyes and Jan Blachowicz clash for the title vacated by Jon Jones upon his recent move up to heavyweight. The five-fight main card kicks off at 10 p.m. ET on pay-per-view.
