Lamborghini has delved deeper into the world of Gran Turismo Sport with the new Lambo V12 Vision Gran Turismo Concept. Read: Lamborghini Sian's Design Will Not Influence Next Aventador "Lamborghini is a very young brand, and this is why we are here today, to present our newest vision in the form of a real model, with a highly futuristic and cool design to be enjoyed by the young generation of racing game and super sports car enthusiasts", said CEO Stefano Domenicali. Retaining the Italian automaker's DNA, the show car boasts advanced aerodynamics that have defined the sharp creases, along with the large rear wing, Y-shaped lights at both ends and side windows inspired by the 1967 Marzal concept. The front wings are disconnected from the body and the driver has to enter and exit the car from the front, much in the same way as a jet fighter pilot.

Once inside, they will be seated in the middle, on the only seat available, and will grab hold of the futuristic steering wheel. All information is projected onto the windscreen. For power, the Lambo V12 Vision Gran Turismo uses the same powertrain as the Sian FKP 37. This means that it combines a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 with a mild-hybrid system for a total output of 808 HP (819 PS / 602 kW), which in the limited-run Sian allows for a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in under 2.8 seconds and a top speed in excess of 217 mph (350 km/h).
